2. Cancelling After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Order Refusal at Delivery

If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery without valid reason, future orders from your account may require advance payment or may be subject to cancellation by our team.
4. Refund on Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
