At My Royal Choice, we take pride in providing high-quality home textile products including sofa covers and curtains. We strive to ensure that you receive exactly what you saw and ordered from our website.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We have our own in-house production unit for home textiles, ensuring quality control at every step. However, if there is any human error or mistake in the delivered product, My Royal Choice is here to support you with a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Key Policy Points:

  • 30 Days Return/Exchange Guarantee:
    We offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Even After 30 Days:
    Our support doesn’t stop at 30 days. You can still reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.

  • Order Opening Video is Mandatory:
    Please record a video while opening your parcel to ensure that the item received is complete and in perfect condition. This video is required for us to process any complaints or claims.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Return must include a copy of the invoice and a brief reason for return.

  • Products must be returned via traceable courier or registered post at the customer's expense (unless the error is ours).

Special Note for Electrical/Electronic Items:

  • Non-branded electrical/electronic items come with a check warranty only.

  • Please make sure to record the order opening video, as it is necessary to claim any defects or issues.

If It’s Our Mistake:

We will replace the item free of cost (0/- COD).

If It’s Customer’s Mistake:

You can still request a replacement. Replacement charges will be Rs. 350/-.

Simple Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Complete the Return Form
    Download and fill the Return Form. Include it in your return package.

  2. Repack the Items
    Pack the unused item(s) with original tags, packing, and the Return Form.

  3. Ship To:
    Return the package via any traceable courier service to:

Refund Process:

Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 6-7 working days.

  • Bank Deposit (bank charges applicable)

  • Jazz Cash (transfer fee applies)

  • Easy Paisa (transfer fee applies)
