Refund policy

At My Royal Choice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
✅ Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos).
✅ Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Imp to know:

1- Replacement:   If the mistake is on Elitestore's end, a replacement will be done with 0/- COD. Rider will come, deliver the new parcel, and pick up the old one without any hassle. And if the mistake is on the customer's end, Rs. 350 replacement charges will be applied.

2- Return:   The Government of Pakistan has imposed a total of 4% tax on Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. In the case of a return, you will get the COD amount refunded after deducting 4% because the 4% has already been paid to the government.
